Not only can you use these racks for ladders, you can also use it for piping conduits, lumber and any other items that can not be stored inside. Available in both black and white. This is a perfect accessories for your sprinter. Made of 14 gauge structural steel and rectangular style cross-bars. All of our racks are made in house. To prolong the life of our racks we bath all of our systems in a special chemical solution to prevent corrosion and rust. Once the process is complete we powder coat our system to give its finishing touch. We offer a 2 year limited warranty for the Sprinter van racks. All van racks are made specific for each vehicle application. Make sure to specify your Make, Model, Year and the color of van racks you prefer (black or white). You are ordering a 3pc. Sprinter van rack system with wind foil. Includes:

750 lbs capacity with our 3 bars kit (distributed uniformly) Do not be mislead by our competitors. 750lbs is the maximum weight that the gutter rails can handle NOT the van racks.

Bathed in a special chemical solution for rust proofing and sand blasted to a fine finish before powder coating. Included in the kit is 6x rubber sleeve to protect the exterior mounting bracket with the mounting base.

Detachable Ladder supports

With easy adjustable knobs. Can be adjusted to move left or right. Can be easily removed by the turning the knob.

 Safety First (Compare our system to our competitors)

Is it safer to use a wider base than oppose to a shorter base? Most van racks can hold 500lbs to 750lbs. This is due to the type of gutter rails your vehicle can handle. Can it also hold the same weight during an emergency stop or a frontal impact which is many times the weight it is carrying. That is why we made our system using an 8" wide base to try to prevent such an occurrence and that is why we do not recommend loading materials on the rack surpassing 750lbs on a 3 bar kit.

Is aluminum better than steel? Yes and No. With aluminum there is no rusting, But aluminum is a much softer steel. Using aluminum as a base to support the van racks and the extra loads on top just doesn't make sense. (picture shown above on 2 different manufacturers both using 2" and 5" mounts). We try to prevent any rust from ever occurring on our rack systems, but steel will always be steel. All of our systems are bathed in a special chemical solution and powder coated to insure a quality finish.

Does your system include ladder supports? Yes. Our 2 bar kit includes 2 ladder support and our 3 bar kit include 3 ladder supports. All of our ladder supports can be easily moved and removed with an easy turn of a knob. Compare us to other manufacturer. Their ladder supports are stationary and removing requires tools. Our ladder support allows easy access for tie-down straps to be secured due to its large opening on the inside. Compare to brand "x", you have a small pin hole to hook your tie-down straps on to.

Warranty

All products are covered by a limited 2 year warranty. The warranty covers product from rusting and corrosion. Must provide pictures in detail in order to receive warranty before shipping the product back. We can not be responsible for any charges on shipping. All authorized warranty sent back to 41 Gardner Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11237 will be re-furbished and sent back to customer at customers expense. Some items that are bent or can not be repaired will be replaced with new items.

Claims for Shipping Damages

Product that are damaged during transport must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours after receiving delivery. Otherwise customer will be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please inspect all packages thoroughly before signing acceptance of shipment.

Return Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned freight pre-paid in the original shipping packaging with all labels, hardware, instructions. All returns must be accompanied by a RGA  and a copy of the original receipt. The RGA # must must be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery. Product can not be returned after 30 days.  Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned at shippers expense. All returns are subjected to a 30% cancellation fee/return fee. When the item have been examined and the reason of return is verified, you will be issued a refund. Refund will be issued by company check to the receiver and will take approximately 5-7 business days to process.
