M1 rack system. Possibly the best system for vehicles without gutter rails. This system can be easily installed on mini van, campers, truck bed shell, and sedans. With 57" cross bars you can easily handle the same material a full size van can (full size van can handle up to 65"). The difference between our rack system compare to our competitors is that we use 14 gauge steel and rectangular style cross-bars. This allows weight capacity up to 500lbs.. All of our racks are made in house. To prolong the life of our racks we bath all of our systems in a special chemical solution to prevent corrosion and rust. Once the process is complete we powder coat our system to give its finishing touch. All of our rack systems comes with a limited life time warranty.

Note: To prevent leakage, apply silicone to the drilled area for best result. (silicone not included)

Kit includes: 2x angled cross-bars, 4x upright mounting plates, 4x "C" clamps, 4x large rectangular washers, 4x gaskets, 2x adjustable ladder support, 4x side supports, 60" walk-way, 4x 1" walk-way adapter, hardware and Instruction manual.

Warranty

Limited lifetime warranty will only apply to those who submit their warranty card by mail to  41 Gardner Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11237. Non-registered warranty claims will not be excepted. Covered on the warranty are as follow: Cross bars, mounting plate and  brackets. Hardware such as nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets are not included in the warranty. Warranty does not cover bent or warped cross-bars. Customers must cover all shipping.

Claims for Shipping Damages

Product that are damaged during transport must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours after receiving delivery. Otherwise customer will be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please inspect all packages thoroughly before signing acceptance of shipment.

Return Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned freight pre-paid in the original shipping packaging with all labels, hardware, instructions. All returns must be accompanied by a RGA  and a copy of the original receipt. The RGA # must must be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery. Product can not be returned after 30 days.  Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned at shippers expense. All returns are subjected to a 30% cancellation fee/return fee. When the item have been examined and the reason of return is verified, you will be issued a refund. Refund will be issued by company check to the receiver and will take approximately 5-7 business days to process.

All van racks are packaged in a telescopic that withstands 200lbs. All packages usually ship within 24 hours upon order during normal business days. All packages are insured with no extra charge.

Packages will be shipped DHL or UPS pending on destination. Please allow 5-9 business days upon arrival to destination. Be aware that sometimes packages will not get to destination on time due to weather conditions or suburban locations.
