business card, or photograph of the establishment. All
shops in New York is required to present a resale tax
certificate. Pricing structure is base out of

Payment |

Cash on delivery, Cashiers check, Money order, or
Pre-pay, unless approval has been made for a Company
Check or Credit terms having been established. Return
checks will be subject to a $25.00 return check fee
charge. If a return check does occur payment must be
paid within 24 hours. Failure to pay will result in a
$9.00 charge per day. In order to pay by check or credit

Special Orders |
|
|
|
For special orders, a 50% deposit must be made before
order. Special order items are non-cancelable and
non-refundable. Special orders may take anywhere from
2-12 weeks before arrival. |

Drop Ship |
|
|
|
All packages must be pre-paid in full before delivery to
a third party. We are not responsible for any fees
associated with C.O.D. charges, shipping fees, package
refusal, and time of arrival unless specified.

Shipping |
|
|
|
We always attempt to ship orders out within (3) business
days upon order. All packages within the coverage area
is subject to a $9 - $35 fee for delivery pending on the
mile radius from NYC, New York. To determine shipping
rates you can CLICK HERE. All packages outside the
coverage area will be shipped by United Parcel Services.
Oversize packages will be shipped by Old Dominion
Freight Liners. Approximate freight charges may be
Quoted, but are subject to changes without notice. All
retail Shops are responsible for all shipping cost. |

Claims for shipping damages |
|
|
|
Product that are damaged during transport must be
reported to the carrier within 24 hours after receiving
delivery. Otherwise customer will be held liable for all
damages acquired through shipping. Please inspect all
packages thoroughly before signing acceptance of
shipment. We are not responding in filing claims. You
must do the claim directly to the carrier. |

Returns |
|
|
|
Unused merchandise in like-new condition. This mean
absolutely no sanding, primer, paint, and screw holes.
If product is in its original like-new condition it may
be returned prepaid in the original shipping packaging
with all labels, hardware, instructions, etc. All
returns must be accompanied by an R.G.A. (return goods
authorization) and receipt of purchase. The R.G.A. must
be issued by The Works Wholesale Inc. within (5)
business days from the date of arrival. All returns
without R.G.A. will be refused. All items must be
returned freight prepaid. Any items sent freight collect
will be refused and returned at your expense. All
returns are subject to a 30% cancellation/restocking
fee. Special order items can not be returned or issued a
credit. When the item have been examined and the reason
of the return is verified, you will be issued a credit
or exchange. There are no refunds. |

All parts sold by Works Wholesale Inc. is for
off-road use only. Actual parts may differ from
pictures on the catalog, internet, or our display unit.
Aftermarket parts, which includes: Body kits, Hoods,
Fenders, Scoops, ETC. may required modifications in
order to fit. For example: Shaving , cutting, extending,
sanding, etc. This needs to be worked on by trained
professionals with licensed facility body shop. In case
customers decided to do this themselves The Works
Wholesale Inc will not accept any Returns, exchanges,
credits, or refunds. All bumper kits will required
complete removal of radiator support or bumper
reinforcement. If there is a problem with items not
fitting correctly with our product or with our
manufacturers product you must take 10 pictures of the
part itself on the vehicle and 5 pictures off the
vehicle from several different directions. If you have
any questions regarding the angles which the pictures
has to be taken please contact us at 718-497-9555 before
taking any pictures. Once we receive pictures it will
take 24 - 72 hours for us to notify the customer if the
problem can be corrected. |
